Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We understand that issues can occur during transit. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product.

Our team will review your claim and, if approved, issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Please note that claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery cannot be guaranteed for review.

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once your order has been fulfilled and tracking information has been generated, it can no longer be cancelled.
